In the frozen tundra arena this year one tribute was a particular haunting presence to the others; Titus McCoy of District 6. Titus was a charming boy prior to the fearful arena but during his time there he lost his mind with hunger and started devouring fellow tributes; the boy from District 12, the girl from District 9, the girl from District 1; no one was safe. Eventually he was killed by a Gamemaker earthquake while the girl from District 3 went to do battle with the boy from 1 and persevered due to her courage and determination. Sarah Cord is still alive as of 75 AR age 34.
