Rasp struggled with anti social tendencies during his life in District 11 before being reaped for the 60th Hunger Games age 18. During his time in the swamp arena he remained in extreme solitude for the first 6 days before killing the female tribute for District 7 and the male from 9 when they were driven to him in Gamemaker fires. Following the finale where Rasp eventually physically overpowered the male from District 1 [the Careers had been weakened from reptiles eating most of their supplies] he suffered from heavy guilt and PTSD and developed a drug addiction; he is the only D11 victor to never join the rebellion. As of 75 AR he is still alive age 33.
