Fan Casting 48th Hunger Games [Art Cropper, District 9] in All of the victors of the Hunger Games.

More commonly known as just Cropper, the victor of the 48th Hunger Games was of very mixed popularity in the Capitol. The Games, set in a sweeping green jungle reminiscient of the old world country of Vietnam, saw Cropper responsible for the death of 8 tributes, including the boy from District 2 in the finale. By the 3rd Quarter Quell Cropper developed a grudge against Cashmere Sol, who had killed his 14 year old son in the 64th Hunger Games. Although Cropper briefly overpowered Cashmere, her brother pulled Cropper off of his sister and beat him to death with his bare hands. His body was the most mutilated corpse retrieved from the rainforest arena with the exception of Jasper Frazer.
