A Rannian scientist who sent a Zeta beam transmitter as a research tool to learn about foreign worlds. However, instead of transmitting data it transfers everything around it, including Adam Strange. He feels responsible for the future of the Planet Rann, while many others see him as a tired old man. Father of Alanna.
